having such a bad experience with other local shops,
it was nice to do business with a professional and
caring company like AutoRecon. The repairs to my
vehicle were done right and on schedule, I was always
treated very well and this was my fourth visit to
AutoRecon. I returned because of the quality work
and service you provided me the first time.
I wanted to take this opportunity
to tell you how incredibly pleased I am with the work
that was done on my Mercedes Benz SL500. I must admit
that you underestimated your employee's skills when
we first spoke; you assured me that my car would look
like it did when it was new. Well, Rich, I am pleased
to say that you were incorrect when you made that statement,
to be honest with you, it actually looks better than
it did when it was new. The suggestion that you made
in having the front anodized grill on my car painted
black, really set the appearance of the car off.

I want to let you know how
perfectly happy I am with the work that you did on
my BMW 750iL. The bodywork and touch up paint are
undetectable as are the paintless dent removals that
were done. The leather and interior restoration is
immaculate. It is like the car is brand new again
and I am once again proud to be the owner and driver.
The detail you did on my wife's Grand Cherokee has
made it look like new again also. It is not easy
to please a perfectionist but you have clearly succeeded.

Recently,
I came to you with a rather large dent in the right
front fender of my brand-new, one-week-old Ford Excursion.
The dent was the result of a low speed "swipe" of
a medium-sized tree trunk.
I was
hopeful, but somewhat doubtful, that you could remove
such a large dent in "paintless" fashion.
However, I was gladdened that you were willing to try
and comforted knowing that you could repaint if necessary.
As it turned out, you were
able to perform something that was nothing short
of magical. My fender was fully restored to its showroom
condition in less than six hours. Moreover, the assistance
you provided by driving me to my home and back again
was more than accommodating and made the whole paintless
experience painless as well.
